My Name is Farrukh and i need some help from you regarding my case. Sir My father purchase some property back in 1997 on my name with his retirement money. Sir i was at the age of 9 years at that time. My father then died in 2012. Now my other brothers want tocase on me regarding this property on the name of "Benami Property". currently I reside in this property and i also have the orignal document. I also watched your video on the "Benami property". You said in that video peple will not case in Benami property after Feb, 2020. So can my brothers case against me in accordance to Benami property now? If they can what should i do?

First they can file case/suit against you secondly there success ratio would be 5 to 10 percent because the Father in his life time never claim right and never claim that son is ostensible owner..
